The INNER STRENGTH PROJECT helps postpartum women rebuild and regain confidence in their body by learning awareness and developing techniques for control of their core.

When I first started going to the gym, I couldn't even do a push-up. But I trained consistently and built up my strength.

After having my baby, I was frustrated to see my progress disappear, but I didn't give up. I worked out until I got my body back, even stronger than before!

Now, as a personal trainer, I'm passionate about helping other mums and anyone else achieve their fitness goals.

I take an integrated approach - nutrition, sleep, and mindset play a crucial role in your overall health and fitness.

Inner Strength Project

The INNER STRENGTH PROJECT helps postpartum women rebuild and regain confidence in their body by learning awareness and developing techniques for control of their core.

The course runs for six weeks, with one session per week, using very gentle exercises.

Breathing

Promotes natural core and pelvic floor recovery postpartum.

The Pelvic Floor

Strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to help prevent or manage incontinence or prolapse.

Core strength and pressure management

Pelvic floor muscles work with core muscles for stability. Strengthening these improves posture, reduces back pain, and enhances balance, benefiting everyday activities and physical performance.

Posture

Pregnancy shifts your center of gravity forward as the baby grows which can make your back muscles overactive and tight. Feeding and carrying baby can also cause you to hunch your posture.

Once per week for six weeks - $140 total cost - Wednesdays 10am. Baby Friendly - Next Block starts 14 May.
